Big hype, little substance

This hotel has a lot of positives—the rooms are spacious with handy kitchen amenities, and the staff is welcoming. Yet, the breakfast variety left much to be desired, and parking access is a hassle. If you're not driving, be prepared for limited dining options nearby.

great amenities but room cleanliness needs attention

The full kitchen setup was convenient for our family, allowing us to prepare meals just like at home. The 24/7 gym access was fantastic. we made use of it daily. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, which pleased everyone, especially my children. Plus, the front desk staff were remarkably friendly and assisted us with local recommendations.

The room cleanliness could have been better. we noticed some overlooked areas upon arrival.

I found the hotel to be beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The staff was exceptionally helpful during my stay.

A shower rather than just a shower stall.

We had a lovely 2-night stay in a King Suite with Sofa Bed, and the breakfast biscuits with sausage gravy were a hit with the family! Enjoying some downtime in the sun terrace and relaxing in the cozy leisure room made our trip feel extra special. Only minor downside was having to grab extra bedding for the sofa bed ourselves, but it didn’t take away from our great experience. 😊

An unforgettable breakfast experience

Every morning, the breakfast spread dazzled us. The biscuits and gravy were a highlight, and the warm interactions with staff made it feel like home.

However, our room key malfunctioned, leading to a night of inconvenience. It took until morning to resolve the issue, causing unnecessary frustration.

The breakfast host was genuinely warm and ready to help with anything I needed. My room, a King Studio Suite with Hearing Access, was exceptionally clean and the bed provided outstanding comfort for restful nights. The location was convenient, being close to attractions, and the value added by the 24/7 gym access was appreciated. However, a full oven would have made the kitchen more functional.

Fantastic stay with spacious rooms.

Elina, at the front desk, made the check-in process seamless, and I loved the cozy living area of our suite. The brunch spread each morning was both delicious and varied, a treat we looked forward to.

The check in process was quick but my expectations for the

room were exceeded. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast options were delicious, though I wish there were more healthy choices. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would happily repeat!

Great stay with friendly staff!

We just spent 2 nights here and it was really nice! The staff, especially Elina and Kianna, were super helpful and friendly. Our room was super clean and comfy with a nice view. Breakfast was tasty too, I loved the biscuits w/ sausage gravy. Only thing was the elevator was a bit slow sometimes.
